We're three counsellors who came together with one mission: to make mental health support feel more human, more relatable, and more you.

 

Between us, we have experience working with young people, adults, trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and all the stuff that doesn’t always fit neatly into a box.

 

We use proven tools like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)—a practical approach that helps untangle unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. But we also believe deeply in the power of person-centred therapy—which means we see you as the expert in your own life. We’ll listen without judgment, walk at your pace, and build a relationship based on trust, empathy, and respect.
