Hello, I am a person-centred and trauma-informed counsellor who works with children, young people, and adults.


I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace. My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, meaning you are always at the heart of the process.


Together, we will work towards healing, growth, and greater self-understanding, supporting you to make sense of your experiences past or present and move forward in a way that feels right for you.


I have worked with trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, childhood adversity, and relational difficulties.

I offer empathetic, warm and practical support to help you move forward with confidence. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) working with you to set meaningful goals to help make lasting and real-world changes, incorporating ACT therapy when appropriate. 

 

While CBT is forward focused I also value understanding your past, exploring root causes of what might be holding you back. 

 

I bring professional expertise and lived experience of understanding and healing from trauma, alongside extensive experience of working with young people. 

 

When working with couples I will provide you the space to explore your relationship without blame or judgement, with focus on communication, compromise and future vision.

Hi, lets explore what's going on in your life - I'm here to help you make sense of whatever it is that is making you feel stuck. My core approach is cognitive behavioural therapy, I can help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours connect. 

 

My aim is to give you the tools to be able to shift whatever it is that isn't working in your life. CBT can be especially helpful for managing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and unhelpful thinking patterns. I also integrate other therapeutic tools and approaches to suit your individual needs. 

 

Within couples work, I strive to help couples become 'unstuck', stop having the same argument on repeat, and feel close again - without turning therapy into a blame game. My work is about creating real connection, clearer communication, and relationship tools to make myself redundant in your life. 

 

I also support teens who are overwhelmed by big emotions, anxiety, peer dynamics, or self-doubt. Helping them slow things down, find their voice, and feel more steady in who they are.
