Couples counselling offers a safe, neutral space to explore what's happening between you, improve communication, and rebuild connection. This is not limited to romantic or intimate partners. It can be helpful for any two people who want to improve how they communicate, relate, or resolve difficulties together.

Initial session - £65

Following sessions - £55

each session is 50 minutes. 

 

Young People (12-17)

 

All sessions - £40

each session is 40 minutes.

Couples

 

Initial session - £95

Following sessions - £85

each session is 90 minutes

We recommend starting with a block of 6 - It gives us a chance to build trust, explore what's going on for you, and set some goals together that feel right for where you're at. Real change takes a little time, and this gives us space to make it meaningful. Discounts are available for block bookings of 6 sessions.
